This feature needs to be enabled per agent. If you don’t see this option and think that you should, ask an Admin to enable it for you.
How to request a change to your schedule
Dialpad WFM lets you submit various schedule-related requests, including shift changes and time-off requests. These are separate workflows.
Request time off
You can submit a time off request directly in Dialpad WFM for your manager or scheduler to review. Once your request has been reviewed, you'll receive an email indicating whether it was approved or declined.
To submit a time off request, go to Dialpad WFM.

Select the type of time off
Choose the date or date range
Note
If needed, specify the hours for a partial-day request
Select Send request
Your request is sent for review. A clock icon indicates that the request is still pending. You're still responsible for your shift until the request is approved.
Depending on your organization's configuration, you may be able to request different types of time off, including Vacation, Sick, Time Off, Leave of Absence, Parental Leave, FMLA, and Public Holiday.
Note
Dialpad WFM doesn’t track leave balances or accruals. It manages only the time-off request and approval workflow.
