The Number Management page gives Company Admins a centralized view of all phone numbers associated with their company. This is especially helpful for organizations who need to manage their SMS Campaign(s).
From this page, admins can:
View a complete list of company-owned phone numbers
See whether a number is textable or not
Identify if a number is assigned to a user, department, or contact center
Check the associated brand, campaign, and use case for each number
Filter and sort numbers by registration status and assigned user
Export the number list for easier reporting and compliance

Who can use this
Dialpad Company Admins can access the Number Management page.
View company numbers
To view all the phone numbers associated with your company, head to the Dialpad Admin Portal.
Select My Company
Select Number Management
Here, you can search for specific users, numbers, number types, and easily see which A2P messaging campaign the number is associated with.
Finding specific numbers
Use the search and filter tools on the Number Management page to quickly find the numbers you need. Whether you're looking for unregistered numbers, assigned users, or numbers linked to a specific brand or campaign, these options help you narrow down the list quickly and easily.
The number management page offers the following search and filter tools.

Search bar | Lets you search for specific users and specific numbers. | If a user is assigned to multiple numbers, you’ll see all of them listed in the search results. |
Number type | Lets you find numbers based on their number type.

Tip
Once you've applied one or more filters, select Reset to return to the full number list.
