SMS brand registration can be tricky, and you might need to edit (or even remove!) your SMS Campaign as your business evolves.

Who can use this
Dialpad Company Admins can delete their company’s SMS Business Campaign.
Delete brand or campaign registration
To delete an existing Brand Campaign, head to your Admin Settings from Dialpad.com
Tip
Some fields in TCR’s mandatory registration process cannot be edited — this means you’ll need to delete your brand and/or campaign and re-submit the data.
- Select My Company
- Navigate to Campaign Registration
- Select the options menu beside the campaign you want to delete
- Select Delete
Note
While there is no cost to delete a brand or campaign registration, a new registration application is subject to fees.
Edit brand campaign registration
If you’ve changed your SMS marketing tactics, or added new products to sell, you might need to edit your SMS Brand Campaign.
To edit an existing Brand Campaign, head to your Admin Settings from Dialpad.com
- Select My Company
- Navigate to Campaign Registration
- Select the options menu beside the campaign you want to delete
- Select Edit and resubmit
- Make your desired changes and select Resubmit for approval
