Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes.
Be sure to update your desktop app, or visit Dialpad's web portal to take advantage of our latest improvements.
Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on June 4, 2026.
New
Optimize WFM schedules with shift constraints
You can build smarter schedules with fixed days, flexible days, or weekly shift quotas. Dialpad then places agents based on demand and your rules.
Redeploy agents faster
You can move agents between activities in seconds. The updated redeployment panel shows agent availability, skill groups, and a live coverage chart before you commit changes.
Allocate costs by department
You can split charges across users, licenses, and offices without changing your invoices. Use cost center tags and automated allocation rules to export reconciled reports.
Improvements
Automate grading with Freeform LLM Scorecards
You can now use LLM-based scorecards to move beyond keyword matching. This helps you understand conversation context and get more nuanced grading results.
Export integrated voicemail metrics
You can now access voicemail data in Analytics Exports. This includes metrics like Voice Mail SLA, assignment, and resolution for deeper operational tracking.
Tag calls with custom labels
You can add a call label during wrap-up for account numbers, customer names, campaign tags, and more. Unlike dispositions, labels do not need to be created in advance. They’re also stored with the call and available through Analytics and API.
Add new offices faster
Company Admins can now create new offices directly in Dialpad with a guided setup flow. This includes office details, billing contacts, and emergency address information where needed.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
Happy Dialing!
