New
Generate WFM forecasts for any system or channel
Admins can now upload CSVs of historical contact volumes to generate a forecast and determine staffing requirements. This feature is especially helpful for admins who want more control over the input data or don’t have a system integration with WFM.
Improvements
"Call Recording Disabled by admin" notifications improvement
More clarity, less guesswork! We've updated our Call recording Enable/Disable email notification to include information about which admin that made the modification and the office that was impacted.
Deletion of activity templates
WFM Admins can now delete activity templates used for generating schedules. When a template is deleted, affected schedule blocks will be clearly marked in red with a strikethrough for visibility. However, rule parameters will remain in the plan builder, allowing for easy reuse in future activities.
Bug fixes
Leave channel bug
Some users reported that when they left a channel they still received notifications. This has been fixed!
Voicemail bug
A few users reported that when they called their voicemail, the call terminateed if they pressed a number not identifiable in the IVR. We've fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
