    Improvements

    Increased fax size limit

    Our fax service now supports files up to 32MB, making it easier for you to share large documents while keeping pace with industry standards.

    Sync Google Calendar in Dialpad WFM

    Admins can now set up an automated sync for meetings and schedules between Google Calendars and WFM to ensure your meetings and events are up to date across both platforms.

    Improved message text field

    With an improved text field, updated button layout, and a dedicated send button, sending messages is now quicker and more intuitive.

    Critical bug fixes

    Transfer to hold queue bug

    Some users reported that the transfer to an individual call queue option was missing. This has been fixed!

    Warm transfer bug

    A few users reported that the ‘Ask first’ option was greyed out when transferring a call. We’ve fixed this.

    Ai Scorecards bug

    Some users reported that supervisors couldn’t view all Ai Scores in the conversation history. This has been fixed!

    We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
