Improvement
Supervisor Whisper and Takeover update | We've removed the Supervisor Whisper and Takeover functionality from the Digital Automation and Hold Queue tab in the Supervisor view.
Critical Bug Fix
Contact Center Alert Glitch | A few users reported that the "No Agents On-Duty" alert was not editable. This has been fixed.
ServiceNow Disconnect Bug | Some of our ServiceNow users reported that when they disconnected the integration, a 'Create Ticket' option appeared. We've fixed this.
Screen Capture Audio Bug | A few users reported that when they were using our Agent Screen Capture feature, there was no audio. This has been fixed.
Other Improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
