New
Clear greetings for Inbound calls
Inbound calls to Contact Centers, Departments, and Mainlines will now always play a greeting when recording or transcription is turned on. Select from four voices or use Text-to-Speech to create your own greeting. The “No Message” option is removed for clarity, but custom audio uploads are still available.

Predefined roles available for Enterprise
Enterprise customers can now manage access more easily with five predefined roles:
Admin
Analytics Manager
Call QA Analyst
Conversation Designer
User Manager

Each role includes preset permissions for key responsibilities, ensuring secure, consistent access across your organization and paving the way for future custom roles.
Messaging analytics report
Keep track of your team’s messaging performance with the Messaging Analytics report. View SMS and MMS results, monitor delivery health, and track agent activity, all in one easy, data-rich dashboard.

Bulk WhatsApp messages
Send personalized, high-volume WhatsApp messages effortlessly with Bulk WhatsApp messaging. We’ll handle setup, templates, and activation. Just add recipients and send. It’s the fastest way to reach customers, stay compliant, and boost engagement.

SMS logging in Bullhorn
You can now log text messages from Dialpad directly in Bullhorn CRM.
Texts to candidates or leads appear in the Notes section as a single thread, clearly showing all messages. This is an easy way to keep SMS conversations organized in your CRM.

Manage bulk messaging access
Admins can control who can use Bulk Messaging by department, contact center, or individual user. These new settings make it easy to manage access, stay organized, and keep Bulk Messaging focused where it’s needed most.

Critical bug fixes
Call merged bug
Some users reported that calls were merging unexpectedly during an active call. This has been fixed!
Voicemail drop bug
A few users reported that the voicemail drop prompt stayed on screen after the call ended. We’ve fixed this.
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
