As part of Dialpad’s ongoing commitment to protecting our users and the communications ecosystem, we provide an additional layer of protection for new accounts that have characteristics commonly associated with potential Acceptable Use Policy violations.
If your account has been flagged by our fraud prevention system, you’ll be asked to verify your identity by uploading a photo of a valid government-issued ID. Verification must be completed within 72 hours in order to maintain your Dialpad account.
Stripe Identity, a trusted third-party service, securely handles the verification process. If it isn’t completed within the 72-hour window, your Dialpad account will be canceled.
Let’s go over the details.
