Improvements
Improvement in Access Control
Administrators can now use the User Access Policy to control access to User Profile fields, such as Agent Name. This helps prevent users from editing restricted profile information.
Critical bug fixes
AI Live Coach bug
Some users reported that AI Live Coach cards stopped updating after the first trigger phrase. This has been fixed!
Credit Usage report bug
A few users reported that Credit Usage History exports no longer included the dialpad_number column. We've fixed this.
Dropped call bug
Some users reported that they were experiencing intermittent drop calls. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
