Thank you for your feedback
We've integrated with Plantronics to give you the ability to answer and end Dialpad calls straight from the headset command buttons.
Command buttons
To use the command buttons to answer and end Dialpad calls from the Native app only:
- Use a Plantronics USB headset (wireless requires USB dongle)
- Install the 3rd party Plantronics software
- Set your Audio Sensing setting to "On" in your Plantronics Hub
You'll be able to scan a list of supported/unsupported devices and operating system requirements via the Plantronics software link above.
Tip
To be able to use the command buttons, you'll need to use a USB headset rather than just Bluetooth.
DECT Headsets
DECT wireless headsets are not recommended with Dialpad, it is preferable to use Bluetooth headsets if wireless is a requirement. DECT headsets are known to cause quality issues including choppy audio, muted audio & loss of audio. Call control via headset command buttons is also not supported with DECT.
