From your call history on your desk phone, you can view your previous calls made to it. You can also easily view missed calls, redial a past phone number, add a phone number as a contact, and more.
Accessing Call History
You can access the call history on these desk phone models:
Yealink T series models
To access the call history, press the History soft key.
Here, you can view menus for:
All Calls
Missed Calls
Placed Calls
Received Calls
Forwarded Calls
Within each menu, you have to option to:
Delete the phone number
Press Option to:
View the call details
Add the phone number as a contact
Add the phone number to your Blocklist
Delete the call instance
Poly Obi VVX series models
To access the call history, press the Calls soft key.
Alternatively, you can:
Press the Home button
Navigate to Call History and press the Select button
Here, you can view menus for:
All Calls
Received Calls
Outgoing Calls
Missed Calls
For each menu, you can press Clear List to delete call instances for the selected list.
Poly UCS Edge E series models
To access the call history, press the Recent Calls soft key.
Here, you can view all call instances, including:
All Calls
Missed Calls
Placed Calls
Received Calls
For each call, you have to option to:
Dial the number
Press the Info soft key to get info about the caller. From this info, you can:
Edit the contact phone number
Add the contact to your local directory on the desk phone
Delete the call instance
Press the Filter soft key to filter by call types, including:
All Calls
Missed Calls
Received Calls
Placed Calls
Press the More > Sort soft key to organize the call history. You can organize the call history by:
Time
Name
Ascending order
Descending order
Press the More > Clear soft key to delete call types, including:
All Calls
Missed Calls
Received Calls
Placed Calls
Displayed Calls
