Call parking allows you to place a call on hold that can be answered by anyone in your Office, Department, or Contact Center. Agents have access to the pool of parked calls to ensure calls are handled quickly and efficiently.

Park a call

Yealink T series models

To park a call, press Park during an active call.

Poly VVX Obi series models

To park a call:

  1. Press the Hold button or soft key

  2. Press the Park soft key

Poly UCS Edge E series models

To park a call, press the Park soft key.

Unpark a call

Yealink T series models

To unpark a call:

  1. Press More > Parking

  2. Select the desired call

  3. Select Unpark

Poly VVX Obi series models

To unpark a call:

  1. Press the More soft key

  2. Select Parked Calls

  3. Press Unpark

Poly UCS Edge E series models

To unpark a call:

  1. Press the More soft key

  2. Select Parked Calls > View

  3. Select Unpark
