Who can use this

Company Admins on all plans can export SMS traffic reports.

Export messaging traffic

To export your SMS and MMS traffic, head to your Dialpad Admin Settings.

That’s it! Dialpad will email the SMS Traffic Export to your inbox.

Dialpad will send you a CSV report containing the following data:

Status	The Status column is translated into the language set by the user in the app. Delivery Status: Sent Delivered Failed Pending Undelivered + explanation	Undelivered - Spam content

Note

Inbound SMS will display a blank delivery status in the exported data. Message status only applies to outbound SMS.
