We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most of Dialpad.

Update your desktop app, or visit Dialpad's web portal to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are made to live at the center of your business communications.

APIs for channels | We're excited to announce APIs to manage your Dialpad Channel (#). Create, List, Get, Delete and Assign users to Channels. 

Critical bug fixes

  • Call Center UX | We've updated the Dialpad App, so that the Monitor All Call Centers link will not appear if the customer does not have the ability to create Call Centers.

  • UI Glitch | The full disposition list was not displaying in the Disposition pop-up window. This has now been fixed.
