Enable RTA Speech Coaching for a User
To use speech coaching, first, we need to make sure that Ai is enabled.
- From Dialpad.com, navigate to Your Settings
- Scroll to Dialpad Ai
- Click the checkbox beside Turn on Ai for my calls
- Select the 'Show transcript when a call starts' checkbox.
Speech coaching is then enabled.
We also recommend you opt-in to auto-start Dialpad Ai for your calls. It will ensure that Ai-based features work automatically without any additional action required.
Enable RTA Speech Coaching for a Call Center or Coaching Team
To enable Real-time speech assistance for your Call Center or Coaching team, head to your Admin Settings at Dialpad.com
- Click Call Centers (on the sidebar)
- Select the Call Center or Coaching team you want to enable Ai for
- Scroll down to Dialpad Ai
- Check the following 3 checkboxes
- Turn on Ai for this call center

Allow individual users to start and stop Ai during calls
- Show transcript when a call starts
Speech coaching is then enabled.
