Speech coaching displays suggestions during a call to remind users how to speak clearly. It will be active when a user speaks too quickly or speaks too much without allowing space for others in the conversation.
Call Centers and Coaching Teams, in addition to individual users, are able to use speech coaching for calls.
Enable Speech Coaching
User
From Dialpad.com, navigate to Your Settings > Voice Intelligence.
Select the 'Show Real-Time Transcript at the Start of a Call or Conference' checkbox. Speech coaching is then enabled.
We also recommend that you opt-in to auto-start Voice Intelligence for your calls. It will ensure that Vi-based features work automatically without any additional action required.
Call Center or Coaching Team
