Enable RTA Speech Coaching for a User

To use speech coaching, first, we need to make sure that Ai is enabled.

  1. From Dialpad.com, navigate to Your Settings
  2. Scroll to Dialpad Ai
  3. Click the checkbox beside Turn on Ai for my calls
  4. Select the 'Show transcript when a call starts' checkbox.

Speech coaching is then enabled.

We also recommend you opt-in to auto-start Dialpad Ai for your calls. It will ensure that Ai-based features work automatically without any additional action required.

Enable RTA Speech Coaching for a Call Center or Coaching Team

To enable Real-time speech assistance for your Call Center or Coaching team, head to your Admin Settings at Dialpad.com 

  1. Click Call Centers (on the sidebar)
  2. Select the Call Center or Coaching team you want to enable Ai for
  3. Scroll down to Dialpad Ai
  4.  Check the following 3 checkboxes
    1. Turn on Ai for this call center
    2. Allow individual users to start and stop Ai during calls
    3. Show transcript when a call starts

Speech coaching is then enabled.

We also recommend you opt-in to auto-start Ai for your calls. It will ensure that Ai-based features work automatically without any additional action required.
