Dialpad offers an easy way to edit your profile. To change your name, job title, or pronouns, go to your Settings on Dialpad.com, select Edit personal information, make the desired changes, and save them. To change your profile picture, go to Your Settings, hover over the image, select Edit, and choose a new photo. You can also use your Google or O365 photo or remove the picture altogether. To change your timezone, go to Your Settings, navigate to Timezone, and select your desired timezone from the drop-down menu. Similarly, to change your language, go to Your Settings, navigate to Language, and choose the desired language from the drop-down menu. If you want to change your phone number or email address, contact your Office Admin for assistance.

Let's take a look at what you can do.
Who can use this feature
All Dialpad Users are able to change their name, job title, pronouns, profile picture, and language on their own. Email addresses, however, can only be changed by the Office Admin.
Change name, title & pronouns
To change your name, job title or pronouns, head to your Settings at Dialpad.com
- Select Edit personal information
- Make the desired changes
- Select Save changes
Change profile picture
To change your profile picture, head to Your Settings from Dialpad.com
- Hover over the image
- Select Edit
- Select your new photo
If you'd like to default to your Google or O365 photo, select Use Google/O365 photo
To remove the photo, select Remove
If there isn't a profile picture to start, Dialpad defaults to using your initials.
Change your timezone
To change your timezone, head to Your Settings from Dialpad.com
- Navigate to Timezone
- Select the drop-down language menu and choose your desired timezone
Change your language
To change your language, head to Your Settings from Dialpad.com
- Navigate to Language
- Select the desired language on the drop-down menu
Change your phone number
If you'd like to change your phone number, either you and your Admin will need to contact our Support Team.
Change your email address
Office Admins are able to change email addresses — if you're not an Office Admin, please reach out to them to start this process.
