We're always rolling out updates that contain new features and capabilities to ensure customers get the most out of Dialpad. 

Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are made to live at the center of your business communications — update your desktop app, or visit Dialpad's web portal to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. 

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on January 27th, 2023.


Salesforce Omnichannel Improvement | Presence icons and status now link between Dialpad and Salesforce Omnichannel. Not only that, but you can add your own Salesforce Service Channels!

Personal Working Hours Improvement | We've updated the Personal Working Hours settings so that when it is outside of your working hours, you won't receive any message notifications (previously,  only calls were blocked).

Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
