New
New Conversation View Setting | We've added a brand new setting that allows you to choose whether or not you want to have the Contact's conversation view open automatically when you answer a call from that contact. You'll find this in Your Settings, the feature can be enabled for inbound calls to your personal number, to your group (Department) lines or both.
Critical Bug Fix
Salesforce PowerDialer Bug | Some users reported that when PowerDialer attempted to dial a contact with no number they were unable to start another call without refreshing their page. We've fixed this.
Other Improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
