Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are designed to live at the center of your business communications — be sure to update your desktop app, or visit Dialpad's web portal to take advantage of our latest improvements.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on April 16th, 2023.

You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability.

    New

Coaching Teams dispositions | Limit the number of dispositions your Coaching Team Trainees can use by applying the 'Only allow agent to select one disposition code' setting.

New icons and updated sidebar | We've updated the left-hand sidebar of your app! You'll see that the 'Contact Centers' section of the sidebar is now 'Contact Center' — no functionality has changed, only the wording. You'll also notice little things like the group chat, Dialbot and channel icons have been updated.

    Critical Bug Fixes

Mark as Spam Banner Bug | Users reported that they were not seeing the 'Mark as spam' banner for first-time callers that displayed a known Caller ID. This has been fixed.

Holiday Routing Rules | A few Users noted that their holiday routing rules were not working properly. This has been fixed.

Room phone calling for Lite Users | Some of our Dialpad Lite customers noted they were unable to call internal room lines. This has been fixed.
