Remove a DeskPhone
To remove a deskphone from either a team member or a shared room, Dialpad Administrators can navigate to Dialpad.com > Admin Settings > Office > Deskphones
Once you've located the phone (either under User Phones or Room Phones), select Remove to finalize.
Reassign a User Phone
- Follow the steps outlined above to remove the phone
- Power cycle the deskphone
- After the phone comes back online, click Add User Phone
- Follow the same provisioning steps as before
Reassign a Room Phone
- After pulling up the phone from search, select Edit
- Select a different caller ID from the drop-down menu
