Dialpad WFM can now generate a forecast-led schedule that automatically combines shifts and activities. It factors in working hours, skills, and rest periods to balance business needs with agent availability.

Forecasting and scheduling intervals

View staffing requirements in 15-minute intervals for both forecasting and scheduling, helping align workforce supply to demand with greater precision.
