In order to complete your port request, Dialpad requires the following documents.

Latest Invoice from current carrier
Note
In some cases, additional documentation may be requested after the port request is submitted.

How long will it take?
The standard lead time (SLT) for a port request is:
10 business days for geographic numbers
10 business days for toll-free numbers
Additional time is added if there is a rejection for missing/incorrect information.
Porting requirements
Number portability for all number types is available via the larger operators but not available with all operators. Please enquire with the current number operator whether porting away is possible via them.
The full list of phone numbers you want to port, including the country code.
The LOA must be signed by the person who has administrative rights on the account with the current carrier.
Make sure the CIF or NIF (tax number), company name, and service address are included in the LOA and exactly match your current carrier's records.
Confirm that the requested numbers are assigned to the donor carrier.
Confirm that you're using the correct access type.
Confirm that the reseller information matches the upstream carrier's records.
Possible port rejection reasons
Port requests can occasionally be rejected. To help avoid delays, review these common rejection reasons before submitting your request. (
Incorrect end user name.
Number isn’t active.
Incorrect service address.
Donor reseller name is missing from the LOA.
Tax number (CIF/NIF) is incorrect or missing from the LOA.
Number isn't assigned to the donor carrier.
Incorrect access type.
Reseller information doesn't match the upstream carrier's records.
Other carrier-side rejection reasons returned by the Spanish Porting Platform.
Porting checklist
LOA is filled out, dated, and signed.
Latest invoice from current carrier.
All numbers are active with your current carrier.
CIF or NIF is included and correct.
Donor reseller name is included (if required).
Confirm that the number is assigned to the donor carrier.
Confirm that you're using the correct access type.
Confirm that the reseller information matches the upstream carrier's records.
All numbers in your account are porting over or you’ve disassociated them from the other numbers in your account with your current provider.
You've provided your preferred port date in compliance with the SLA.

Dialpad will do its best to meet your requested port date, but it can't be guaranteed. If no date is provided, we'll port the numbers as soon as possible.
