Who can use this feature

Company Admins on all plans can export SMS traffic reports.

Export messaging traffic

To export your SMS and MMS traffic, head to your Admin Settings from Dialpad.com

That’s it! Dialpad will email the SMS Traffic Export to your inbox.

Dialpad will send you a CSV report containing the following data:
