Who can use this feature
Company Admins on all plans can export SMS traffic reports.

Export messaging traffic

To export your SMS and MMS traffic, head to your Admin Settings from 

  1. Select My Company
  2. Navigate to SMS Management
  3. Select SMS Settings 
  4. Choose the desired date range
  5. Select Export 

That’s it! Dialpad will email the SMS Traffic Export to your inbox. 

Messaging export data

Dialpad will send you a CSV report containing the following data:
