Dialpad organizes calls and messages in your inbox, making it easy to find notifications, voicemails, and more without needing to jump around the app.
Let's take a closer look at what each section of your Dialpad inbox contains.
Unread
In the 'Unread' section of your inbox, you can see a full list of all notifications — ranging from calls and voicemails, to messages and faxes.
All
The 'All' section of your inbox provides a view of all conversations.
Calls
View a list of calls your calls in the 'Calls' section of your inbox. Here, you will find inbound and outbound calls, whether they were answered or missed.
Missed
View a list of missed calls in the 'Missed' section of your Inbox. You'll also be able to see if the caller also left a voicemail.
Meetings
Select the 'Meetings' section of your inbox to view a list of recent meetings. If Ai was enabled, click to access the Call Summary and transcripts.
Voicemails
From the 'Voicemail' section of your inbox, you'll find all your recent voicemails, with the option to play the voicemail or read a transcription of the message.
Recordings
From the 'Recordings' section of your inbox, view a list of recorded calls, playing a recording of what you and the caller said.
Messages
Your 'Messages' inbox displays a list of sent and received messages.
Faxes
Check your 'Faxes' inbox to view a list of faxes, and download them with just one click.
Starred
The 'Starred' section of your inbox shows you a list of your important starred messages and calls (formerly knowns as 'flagged').
Spam
No need to have spam messages clog up your main inbox. The 'Spam' section of your inbox keeps all spam calls and messages tucked into their own folder.

Contact blocking and spam parameters apply to all communications: voice, fax, and SMS.
Unlogged
The 'Unlogged' section of your inbox is for our Salesforce users. Here, you'll find calls that didn’t log properly, allowing you to connect them to the correct contact so that you can log the right record.
