We're always rolling out product updates with new features and capabilities to ensure you get the most out of Dialpad.

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on May 9th.
You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability.
Notes Widget | We've made keeping track of tasks and reminders that much easier by adding a new productivity tool to your Contact profile sidebar! Use the Notes widget to help you remember important information, stay organized, and easily see what tasks have been completed and which are outstanding.
RTA and Custom Moment improvement | We've improved group assignment capabilities for RTA and Custom moments so you can now select all or some groups to assign to the RTA/Custom moments.
Enable Chromedesk Connector Improvement | We've made it easier to adjust and enable your Chromedesk Connector settings by adding it to the Integration section of your Admin settings.
Critical Bug Fix
Message notification bug | Some users reported the volume of their new message notification was really quiet. The volume has been increased so you'll hear your incoming messages.
Voicemail length bug | A few Users noted that they were able to record really long voicemails (past the maximum limit of 45 seconds). We've fixed this, because anything more than 45 seconds is a really long voicemail!
Service Titan fax bug | Our Service Titan users were having difficulties purchasing new fax numbers. This has been fixed.
We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
