Improvements

Call journey within conversation view

Users can now view a caller’s complete call journey directly from the in-app conversation view, making it easier to access and improving the overall experience.

Native Calling in HubSpot V2

With our newest Early Adopter Program, agents can now make and receive calls in HubSpot without needing browser plugins, making everything run faster and more smoothly.

Critical bug fixes

Ai Scorecards bug

Some users reported that calls unanswered by an agent appeared in the manual graded calls filter. This has been fixed!

Delete a Contact Center bug

A few users reported that they could not delete Contact Center from the live dashboard favorites. We've fixed this.

Reopen conversation bug

Some users reported that they were unable to reopen any closed conversations. This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
