Digital Agent — Quick reply
Digital agents can save time by using pre-written responses with the Quick Reply option when responding to frequently asked questions.
Improvement
Quick reply tags
Give your Quick Replies tags so you can find them easily, and organize them according to their purpose.
Critical bug fixes
Agent state bug
Some users reported that users couldn't disable the agent state option in the Global Contact Center settings. This has been fixed!
Analytics filter bug
A few users reported that they were unable to choose and filter the 'Today' option from the Analytics drop-down menu. We've fixed this.
Export report bug
Some users reported that when they tried exporting a report, they got an email saying that the report couldn't be generated. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
