    Dialpad's desktop app and web portal are made to live at the center of your business communications — update your desktop app, or visit Dialpad's web portal to take advantage of the latest additions. You'll also discover some bug fixes to improve reliability. 

    Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on March 4th, 2023.


    Copper Integration | Dialpad's native integration with Copper CRM is now live! The Dialpad Copper Integration allows you to connect with your Copper CRM to create leads, match contacts, log calls, click-to-call from within Copper and access Dialpad's Custom Moments, RTAs, and transcripts. 

    ServiceNow Integration | Never miss an opportunity with Dialpad's brand-new native ServiceNow integrationOur ServiceNow Integration is designed for your Contact centers and Coaching Teams, allowing connected Users to create records and tickets, as well as log calls and notes. 

    Ai for Puerto Rico | All of Dialpad's incredible Ai features are now available to Users with Puerto Rican offices!

    Critical Bug Fixes

    •  Suspended > Reactivated User Behavior Glitch | Some suspended who were then re-activated were unable to receive calls. This issue has now been fixed.
    • Operator Assignment Glitch | A select number of Users reported that they were unable to assign Operators to departments. This has been fixed. 

    Other Improvements

    We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad Meetings.
