Dialpad Meeting Rooms lets you join Dialpad meetings directly from a conference room using certified Neat hardware. No laptop or cables required.

Who can use this

Users with a Dialpad Meeting license and a meeting room add-on license.

Before you begin

Before setting up a meeting room, make sure you have met the following requirements:

With a Neat Bar and Neat Pad, you can:

  • Join scheduled meetings from the room.

  • Move an active Dialpad Meeting from your laptop or mobile device to the room TV.

  • Share your screen wirelessly with or without starting a meeting.

  • Use the Neat Pad to join meetings, manage participants, and control the room.

Install Neat hardware

Before installing your Neat hardware, you must prepare your meeting room by:

  • Choose a room name.

  • Mount and power the TV, Neat Bar, and Neat Pad.

  • Connect all devices to the same network.

  • Verify the required domains are accessible.

  • Choose whether you'll use a shared room calendar or a service account.

Then, physically install your Neat Bar and Neat Pad by following the official Neat installation guide.

Enroll in the Neat pulse portal

After pairing your Neat devices and completing the initial setup, enroll them in Neat Pulse to deploy the Dialpad Meetings app.

To start the enrollment process, you'll need access to the Neat Pulse Portal.

  • If your organization already has a Neat Pulse account, ask a Neat Pulse Owner to invite you.

  • If you're using a self-managed organization, sign in with the same login method you used when creating the organization.

Note

Always sign in using the same authentication method that was used when your Neat Pulse organization was created.

Generate an enrollment code

  1. Go to https://pulse.neat.no/ and sign in

  2. Select Devices > Add Devices

  3. Enter a device name > Select Continue

Keep the enrollment code displayed on the screen. You'll need it for the next step.

Enrollment on the Neat device

  1. On the Neat device, enter the enrollment code.

  2. Wait while the device enrolls.

Don't disconnect or power off the Neat devices during enrollment.

When enrollment is complete, your Neat devices are successfully registered in Neat Pulse. You can now deploy the Dialpad Meetings app and finish setting up your meeting room.

Tip

After enrollment, Neat may prompt you to optimize your room setup. Follow the on-screen instructions to adjust the camera framing and microphone coverage.

Deploy the Dialpad Meetings app

To deploy your Dialpad Meeting app on your Neat device, go to the Neat Pulse portal

  1. Select Menu > Apps

  2. Select Add app

  3. Enter the required app information

  4. Deploy the Dialpad Meetings app to your device.

Provision Dialpad Meeting room

To provision your Neat device to your Dialpad Meeting room, access your Neat Bar and take note of the provisioning code displayed on the TV.

  1. On a computer, open https://setup.meetings.dialpad.com

  2. Enter the provisioning code.

  3. Follow the prompt to complete the setup.

Once provisioning is complete, the Neat Bar is registered as a Dialpad Meeting Room device.
