• Analytics Definitions | We've updated our analytics definitions to give you an even more granular view of your team's data. Be sure to read this Help Center article for the full details. 

Critical Bug Fixes

• QA Scorecards | Some users reported that they were not seeing the confirmation message when grading a call. This has now been fixed. 
• Group Messaging | A small group of users were unable to add new members to group messages. This has been fixed. 

Improvements and Fixes

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
