Dialpad Meetings offers international access numbers to over 50 countries, allowing international participants to join a call without incurring high fees. To use an International Access number, dial the local access number and enter the organizer's conference number. Dialpad does not charge for joining a meeting with an international dial in number or link, but depending on your carrier and plan you may be charged for calling the international dial in number. Calendar invites can also include International Access Numbers. The mobile app can be used within one's own country without placing a call by launching the conference via web and selecting My Computer.

With Dialpad, it's easy to make international conference calls with teammates, clients, and prospects. International participants can join a call using the meeting link, and if you're on the Enterprise plan, you can have participants join by phone using an international access number too.
Who Can Use This Feature
Both Free and Business Dialpad Meetings accounts permit International Participants to join their meetings - the only difference is the way in which they connect.
Free Accounts
- International Participants can join via the meeting URL.
- Audio connection via "My Computer", or they can opt to "View Only".
- International Participants can join via Phone or Meeting URL.
- Meeting URL (includes audio connection via "My Computer" or "View Only")
- Phone (requires International Access #)
International Access Numbers
With an international access number, International Participants can use their phone to call Dialpad Meetings without incurring high fees*.
Dialpad Meetings offers international access #s to over 50 countries. To use an International Access number, follow the steps outlined below.
Connect via Phone
To join a Dialpad conference call using a phone from outside the United States:
- Dial the local access number below (based on your location)
- When prompted, enter the organizer's conference number
- Press #

*Dialpad does not charge you for joining a meeting with an international dial-in number or link. However, depending on your carrier and your plan, you could be charged for calling the international dial-in number. Applicable fees depend on your carrier's pricing and policies — they are not billed by Dialpad.

Access Numbers and Calendar Invites
If you’ve integrated your Outlook, you can automatically add International Access Numbers to your calendar invites. You can select as many International Access Numbers as you need.
FAQs
Can International Participants call directly into my conference if I have a toll-free number?
No. Toll-Free numbers are only accessible from the US or CA.
Your International Participants will have to access your conference either by:
- Following the International Access Numbers instructions and dial into your secondary local line
- Dialing your local conference number at their own expense
How do I get a local conference number in my country?
International conference numbers are currently only available to businesses of a certain size. If you’re interested, you can reach out to our sales team. We’re able to provide conference numbers for the following countries.
Can International Participants use the mobile app to call into my conference?
Technically yes, but keep this in mind:
Since the mobile app uses your carrier to place the call, using the mobile app to connect will most likely incur high fees for your International Participants. That’s why we suggest that you only use the mobile app when you’re calling a # from within your own country.
I don’t have a local conference number — can I still use the app in my country?
As long as you’re the Organizer, you can still use the mobile app without placing a call. Here’s how:
- Launch your conference via the web
- If you need audio, select My Computer
- Open the mobile app
You’ll see that you’re automatically placed in your conference, where you’ll see your Participants and conference controls.
If I'm traveling internationally how do I start my own conference?
Just follow the steps outlined above to start your own conference and if required by your account, enter in your Organizer credentials.
