Sign a Business Associate Agreement for Meetings

Online BAA signing is available on Dialpad Meetings Business accounts.

To support our healthcare customers in complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we allow company administrators representing covered entities or business associates to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for their company. Let’s take a look at how to accept your BAA.

To get started, navigate directly to https://meetings.dialpad.com/privacy_legal or from your Meetings Dashboard click on Menu > Privacy

Here’s where you can accept your agreement with your company. If you have accepted previous amendments to the agreement they will show as logged within the system.

To sign the agreement, select Review. It will walk you through the steps to review and accept the agreement.
