Heading to a meeting? Stuck in line at TSA? Working from the coffee shop? With a custom status, you can say it all. 

Set your Status

You'll see the option to set your status straight from your desktop app. We've added a few defaults, but feel free to come up with your own (and a few emojis don't hurt either). Just keep it to less than 50 characters. 

Your fellow team members will be the only ones to see this status — it'll show up under your name in search results and in your team's Recent Contacts sidebar.

Dialpad Tip: Setting a custom status is only available on your desktop app.
