Messaging in Dialpad is one of the easiest and quickest way to grab your team's attention. Let's take a look at how you receive your first message in Dialpad and how you can tweak your message notifications.
Dialpad stores all incoming messages in the Inbox, which you'll always see organized in the top left of the dashboard. Select Inbox and you'll see new messages as well as any past calls, missed calls, voicemails, recordings, and more.
If you're working outside the Dialpad app and want to receive notifications, navigate to the drop-down menu available to the right of your profile picture and select App Settings > Call & Message Notifications. You can customize your notification settings here.
