While many business communications now happen in the cloud, desk phones remain essential for day-to-day conversations. To ensure Dialpad users have everything they need, we continue to offer and support for select desk phones.
Who can use this
Dialpad Admins can purchase desk phones directly from Dialpad.
Purchase a desk phone
Dialpad sells Obihai, Yealink and Polycom products with Dialpad already configured on the phone.
Note
Desk phones ordered from Dialpad are available for shipping only to Canada and the United States.
To purchase an desk phone:
Navigate to Dialpad Admin Settings > Office and select Desk Phones
Select Buy phones or learn more about compatible devices
On the Dialpad Hardware Orders page, select Continue
On the Dialpad Marketplace website, select Shop Dialpad Devices
Choose the desired device(s), quantity, and payment plan
Once purchased, devices can be assigned to user accounts and shared lines (Main Line, Department, Contact Centers) or remain as a room phone.
