Tracking the number of calls that are automatically transferred to a specific number is important for businesses to understand their call flows and ensure customer assistance. Dialpad's built-in analytics allows users to export call logs and analyze automatic transfers. To export call logs, users need to log in to Dialpad.com, go to the Analytics section of the Admin Portal, select a user or group filter, choose the desired date range, and select "Export" followed by "Call Logs" and "Send report." The exported file will contain a CSV file with the call logs. To find the total number of automatic transfers, users can filter the CSV export by navigating to the direction column and selecting "Inbound," then filtering the category column by selecting "forwarded," and finally selecting the desired number in the transferred to column. The spreadsheet will display calls that were forwarded to that number.
