If you've decided to leave Dialpad, different cancellation methods apply based on your plan. For canceling a free trial, do so from the Billing Summary page in Admin Settings. Accounts with 5 licenses or less can be canceled directly from the same page. For accounts with more licenses, contact support for assistance. Cancellation terms are outlined in the Terms of Service.

Cancel a free trial
As long as you are still within your free trial, you can cancel your trial from the Billing Summary page in your Admin Settings.
Cancel an account
We'd hate to see you go! If you’ve made up your mind, accounts with 5 licenses or less can be canceled directly from the Billing Summary page in your Admin Settings.
For accounts with more licenses, please reach out to our Customer Success Team for assistance with canceling your Dialpad account.
