Improvement
Presence icon on the conversation screen
You can now see a user's current status in the top bar of your chat view. Presence icons make it easy to know when someone is available, busy, or away.
Critical bug fixes
Sending a photo bug
Some users reported that when they sent a photo to a group or 1-on-1 conversation, the image didn't go through. This has been fixed!
Contact Center agents tab bug
A few users reported that agents were not visible in the Contact Center's agent tab. We've fixed this.
Receiving calls bug
Some users reported that when they received a call from their carrier and Dialpad simultaneously, the app crashed. This has been fixed!
Other improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
