You can customize the look and feel of your desk phone screen to reflect your corporate branding, creating a personalized corporate experience.

These phone models can have a background screen added to them:

Yealink

T33G, T34W, T43U, T44W, T46U, T48U, T53, T53W, T54W, T57W, T58W

Poly VVX Obi

250, 350, 450

Poly VVX UCS

201, 301, 311, 401, 410, 411, 501, 601

This is only available on Yealink and Poly devices.

Adding a custom screen background and logo

To add a custom background screen and logo to a desk phone screen, go to your Dialpad Admin Settings.

Tip

When customizing the phone screen, it’s recommended to choose a background that doesn’t use bright colors to prevent screen washout.

  1. Navigate to Office > Office Settings

  2. Go to Custom Background and Logo

  3. Under the Logo display section, upload your logo file and select Upload Logo

  4. Under the Custom Background section, upload your background and select Upload Background

    Once the changes are made, the phone reboots and the changes are displayed on the phone screen.
