Android Release Notes 23.10.07

Dialpad's Android App is designed to live at the center of your business communications, and we're always rolling out product updates containing new features, improvements and bug fixes. 

We're currently on app version v9.12 — be sure to update your app to take advantage these latest features. 

Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on October 7, 2023

Critical bug fix

Contact center supervisors are unable to barge or takeover the call 

Some users reported that calls failed when a supervisor tried to barge or takeover a call. This has been fixed!

Unable to minimize keyboard while in transfer screen 

A few users reported that the keyboard remains active after searching for a contact when transferring a call.  We've fixed this.

Disconnecting outbound HD calls 

Some users reported that when making an outbound HD call, it will abruptly end without warning This has been fixed!

Other improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs and behind-the-scenes functionality, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
