Call purpose and Ai Sentiment
You can now view the call purpose and sentiment for your Contact Center calls directly from your Android device. This enhancement allows for easier call management and provides better visibility while on the go.
Critical bug fix
Call takeover bug
A few supervisors noted that they were unable to take over calls. This has been fixed!
Other Improvements
We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
