UCaaS - Ai Voice
- Update your own CNAM | We've added the ability for you to make CNAM (caller ID) update requests right from Dialpad. Company Admins can upload a CSV file requesting Caller ID updates for themselves, and their teams.
- Upload and manage shared contacts | Company Admins can now upload and manage shared contacts on their own, no need to reach out to Support!
- Agent's screencapture viewing| We've added the ability for you to view your agent's screen capture in the Call Summary view. When utilizing QA Scorecards, Supervisors and Admins can now watch the agent's screen while listening to the recording and score the interaction from the Call Summary view.
Improvements and Fixes
We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
