Contact Center

• Monitor All Coaching Teams | Coaches now have access to a combined view of all Coaching Teams they are coaches and will be able to see all Live Calls and Trainees in one view. From this tab they can:
  • Save unique filters to only view a subset of trainees
  • Retain all coaching functionality within the individual coaching teams
  • Easily filter between different teams and trainees
    
•   Upgraded QA Scorecards search capability | You can now search for cards graded by a specific grader
  

Improvements and Fixes

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
