Settings and user account changes that are applied by Dialpad Admins (Company, Office, Department and Contact Center) apply are tracked, and exportable into a CSV audit log.
This provides visibility to company stakeholders, and is especially useful when there are many Admins and accidental changes may occur.
Not only that, but it also provides insight into feature usage and user management for compliance and auditing purposes.

Who can use this
Dialpad Admins have access to the Event Changelog. Refer to our Pricing Page to see if you have access to this feature. If you have any questions about your plan, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Dialpad Customer Care.

Access the changelog
Changelogs can be accessed from your Company Settings or your Office Settings.
Access Company Changelog
To access your company change logs, go to your Dialpad Company Settings.
Select Company Settings
Select Export .CSV Log
Select Change Log
Dialpad will email you a link to download your data.
Access Office Changelog
To access your office change logs, go to your Dialpad Admin Settings
Navigate to Office > Office Settings
Select Export .CSV Change Log
Dialpad will email you a link to download your data.
