Click-to-call is now available for the CTI Chrome extension.
Contact Center
We've renamed “Connected calls” to “Handled calls” on the Call Center Live Dashboard to be consistent with naming and calculations of other Analytics data.
Also, connected callbacks are now labeled "callback_connected” instead of "outgoing" on the Call Log export.
