To support our healthcare customers in complying with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we allow Company Admins to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for their company.
Online BAA signing is available on all paid Dialpad accounts.
Let's take a look at how to sign and accept your BAA in Dialpad.
Accept a BAA
From Dialpad.com, navigate to Admin Settings > Privacy and Legal > Security & Privacy Additional Terms.
Here, you can accept your agreement for the company.
To sign the agreement, select Review and Accept. You'll see a walkthrough to review and accept the agreement.
If you have accepted previous amendments to the agreement, they will show as logged within the system.
