    Article Summary

To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), company administrators can sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). To accept the DPA and assign a Data Protection Officer (DPO) and EU representative, go to Admin Settings on Dialpad.com. Choose the desired office, select Privacy and Legal, and then Review and Accept the DPA. If you have accepted previous amendments, they will be noted. Dialpad uses subprocessors to assist in providing services, and information about them can be found on the website. In the Privacy Legal section, representatives can be assigned. A DPO is designated to ensure GDPR compliance, while an EU representative represents customers not established in the EU regarding their GDPR obligations. Representatives' details can be added or edited at any time.
