Let's take a look at what's new from our most recent release on December 2nd, 2022.


Supervisor Call Assignment | Supervisors and Call Center Admins now have the ability to assign specific calls to agents right from the hold queue. Call assignment is enabled on a per-queue basis and Agents in the following status can be assigned a call: Available, Wrap-up, On a Call, DND or any custom Off-Duty status.  If the agent is in DND or Off-Duty, the Supervisor or Agent must set themselves to ‘Available’ to receive the call. 

Call Events in the Enterprise Portal | We've added a Call Events table to the Enterprise Support Portal that allows support reps to track the life of a call as it traverses Dialpad.

Critical Bug Fixes

Ai Moment Appearance Glitch | Some Users were reporting that their Custom Moments were not always in their transcript. We've fixed this and you are good to go! 

Other Improvements

We've also fixed some minor bugs, improving your overall experience with Dialpad.
