Subscribe to RSS updates

Before subscribing to Dialpad’s RSS updates, you must install an RSS feed reader extension.

We recommend using one of the following RSS readers:

• Google RSS Feed Reader extension
• Feedly
• Newsblur
• Inoreader
  

To subscribe to Dialpad’s RSS feed, head to help.dialpad.com 

1. Select RSS Updates on the Help Center header
   
2. Select + Follow on the RSS reader
   

 Once subscribed, updates will appear in your feed reader with the newest ones first.

Subscribe to marketing emails

Sign up for Dialpad’s marketing emails to get updates on product news, events, ebooks, and webinars.

To subscribe to our marketing emails, head to Your Settings from Dialpad.com

1. Select Emails and alerts
2. Navigate to Marketing Email Preferences
3. Select Update your email preferences
   

You will be redirected to Dialpad’s email preferences page.

2. Select what you would like to be informed of
3. Select Update Preferences

Frequently asked questions

I clicked RSS Updates but only saw XML and JS code, why?

RSS feed details only display if you're using an RSS Feed Viewer. If you're not using an RSS Feed extension, the content will display as an XML or JS file.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

To unsubscribe from our marketing emails, head to your Email Preference Center.

1.  Check the box beside Unsubscribe
2. Select Update Preferences to save
